    With only two lifts for 69 floors, we spent ages just trying to get to our room, missing out on the gym and pool completely. Super frustrating!

    the place was luxury and absolutely great, with its excellent staff in the receptionist's. incredible and stunning location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. and the area was amazing, close enough to kicks, and public transport.

    Got the same apartment booked online with the bedroom, amazing view, as for instance. This was a marvellous and incredible location really close to great restaurants, trains, and the Melbourne CBD❤

    The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, with a balcony that connected directly from the bedroom, offering an amazing view of the sunrise each morning. The provided database was user-friendly, making it easy to access hotel amenities and local attractions at my fingertips.

    The only minor drawback was the slow Wi-Fi connection in the evenings, which occasionally made it difficult to stream content. this was a fantastic getaway.

    The tram at our doorstep was a major perk, and the location near the Vic Markets was convenient. maintenance issues in our room and the lack of onsite parking were disappointing. The staff were generally friendly, enhancing our experience despite the challenges.

    excellent hotel, the staff were all nice and informative and the location was favourable close to public transport. location: the property was not far from the centre of the cbd, trains, trams and buses and melbourne and mornington peninsula. i dined minutes from the hotel at sarawak kitchen.

    The views of the city skyline were amazing, and the apartment came equipped with everything we needed, including a full-sized fridge and a dishwasher. The comfortable furniture and divine beds made it feel like home, while the shower provided excellent pressure. The staff was impressively professional, promptly resolving a minor issue with our key card, ensuring we felt secure returning late at night.

    Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

    Our unit was modern and had an amazing view, complete with a washer/dryer and located on level 69. the location was fantastic, surrounded by local markets and only 15 km from the airport, making it incredibly convenient.
